AT&T Continues to Expand LTE Network, Adds 13 New LTE Markets

AT&T has launched 4G LTE service in 13 new markets. With this expansion, AT&T 4G LTE is now live in 437 markets and covers 240 million people. AT&T LTE network is expected to cover nearly 270 million people by year-end 2013.

AT&T has switched on 4G LTE service in Tuskegee, Ala.; Bloomington-Normal, Decatur, and Pontiac, Ill.; Lewiston-Auburn, Maine; Hickory, Jacksonville and Sanford, N.C.; McAlester, Okla.; Adjuntas, P.R. and Gillette, Jackson and Sheridan, Wyo.

Operator also expanded LTE service in Denver, Colo.; Elizabethtown, Ky.; Wichita, Kan.; Monroe, La.; Detroit, Mich.; Kansas City and St. Louis, Mo.; Wilmington, N.C.; Cleveland, Ohio; Tulsa, Okla.; Harrisburg, Pa.; Austin, Texas, Ogden-Clearfield, Utah and Spokane, Wash.
