Along with launch, operator is offering a number of LTE device options including Nokia 920, Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, BlackBerry Q10 and Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. LTE will be available for the iPhone 5 and higher by the end of March 2014.
BTC is offering both postpaid and prepaid LTE data plans. Postpaid data only plans include 3GB, 5GB & 15 GB packages at prices of $35, $40 & $70 respectively whereas prepaid pricing plan includes 1GB & 2GB packages at the price of $20 & $30 respectively.
According to BTC, it has invested around $18 million expanding mobile capacity including the investment in LTE during this fiscal year and plans to invest millions more in the next 12 months to increase performance and capacity along with extending LTE coverage.
