Armenia’s VivaCell-MTS continues expanding its 4G network in Armenia that was deployed six years ago, in 2010. Upon the completion of the planned works, 4G services will become available to 52.5% of the population.
Armenia’s VivaCell-MTS continues expanding its 4G network in Armenia that was deployed six years ago, in 2010. Upon the completion of the planned works, 4G services will become available to 52.5% of the population.
The third stage of the expansion of 4G network coverage includes the following towns: Abovyan, Ashtarak, Eghvard, Artik, Artashat, Berd, Kapan, Meghri, Agarak, Eghegnadzor, Vayk, Stepanavan, and Spitak.
Earlier, within a short period of launch, VivaCell-MTS made 4G services available also in the second and third biggest towns in Armenia – Gyumri and Vanadzor, then the list of towns with 4G coverage rolled out to Tsaghkadzor, Vagharshapat, Dilijan, Jermuk and Armavir, providing 4G coverage along the 46.6% of the populated area of Armenia.
