AT&T has announced six new Android based LTE devices at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas which include five smartphones and one tablet device.

AT&T has announced six new Android based LTE devices at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas which include five smartphones and one tablet device. These devices will be made available to it’s customers in early 2012.

New LTE Samsung smartphones include the Samsung Galaxy Note with 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 5.3” Super AMOLED screen & 1280×800 WXVGA; Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD with a 4.56-inch display, an 8-megapixel camera & a dual-core 1.5GHz dual core processor; Samsung Exhilarate with 4 inch touchscreen and constructed from 80% recycled PC.

Pantech LTE devices include a smartphone Pantech Burst with 4 in. super AMOLED full touch display & dual core 1.2GHz Scorpian processor; and Android tablet Pantech Element with 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8 inch HD display, 5 MP rear-facing camera and 2 MP front-facing camera. Pantech Element is planned for availability on Jan. 22.

LTE smartphone from Sony, the Xperia is planned for second quarter of 2012. It features 4.6-inch HD display, 12 MP rear-facing camera, 1.3 MP front-facing camera and 1.5GHz dual-core processor.
