AT&T has launched LTE service in Juneau, Alaska; Brunswick and Savannah, Ga.; Evansville, Ind.; Monroe, La.; and Madison, Wis., continuing its nationwide 4G LTE rollout. Operator also expanded in Charlotte, NC and Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Va. AT&T 4G LTE is now available in 153 markets.

AT&T’s HSPA+ and LTE network currently covers 288 million people and operator expects to provide LTE coverage to 300 million people by year-end 2014.
Almost 90 percent of AT&T’s mobile data traffic now runs over enhanced backhaul that supports both HSPA+ and 4G LTE data traffic.
