AT&T continues to expand its LTE service coverage and recently launched LTE network in Harrison, AR; Watertown, NY and Hilton Head-Bluffton, SC. AT&T LTE coverage has also expanded in parts of Gary, Ind.; Tampa, Fla.; and Philadelphia, Pa. With this expansion AT&T’s LTE network is now live in 161 markets.

Earlier this month AT&T had launched LTE service in Sebring, Fla.; Athens, Ohio; and Dyersburg-Ripley, Tenn. Operator also expanded LTE coverage in parts of Hartford, Conn.; Mobile, Ala.; and Toledo, Ohio.
AT&T 4G LTE is expected to cover 300 million people by year-end 2014. Over 90 percent of AT&T’s mobile data traffic now runs over enhanced backhaul that supports both HSPA+ and LTE data traffic.
