T-Mobile has launched LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) in the Czech Republic. Operator has deployed Carrier aggregation function by combining two bands in Mlada Boleslav to increase download speeds up to 225 Mbit/s for upload to 50Mbit/s.

T-Mobile has launched LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) in the Czech Republic. Operator has deployed Carrier aggregation function by combining two bands in Mlada Boleslav to increase download speeds up to 225 Mbit/s for upload to 50Mbit/s.

T-Mobile is using a 10 MHz block from the 800 MHz band and a 20 MHz block from the 1800 MHz band for LTE-Advanced network. 

In addition, operator is also expanding its LTE network and recently announced acceleration of its LTE network in Prague to offer to 150/50 Mbit/s in several areas of the capital city.
