“We are considering to replace the WiMax mobile broadband system with the LTE. It will be decided later. In the mean time, we will are preparing for the range of bands that suit to the LTE mobile broadband system that is expected to commence commercial service within the next 2 to 3 years,” the acting director general at the Communication and Information Ministry (Kominfo) Muhammad Budi Setiawan was quoted by the Bisnis Indonesia daily as saying.
