Canada’s Telecom provider ABC Communications has partnered with Huawei to deploy TD-LTE fixed wireless service in British Columbia. ABC’s new network provides a wireless alternative to cable and ADSL for last mile broadband access.
According to company, using licensed 3.5 GHz spectrum, the expanded network gives coverage of up to 20 km of linear service range and provides speeds of up to 50 Mbps.
ABC Communications provides Internet, web services, data networks, fibre optic solutions, commercial phone systems and retail cellular products in British Columbia and has annual sales over $6M.
