After London, LTE network launches in Birmingham, Bradford, Coventry, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield will come before the end of the year.
Vodafone plans to bring indoor 4G coverage to 98% of the UK population over the next couple of years.
Operator’ Vodafone Red 4G-ready plans come in three sizes – Vodafone Red 4G, Red 4G L and Red 4G XL. Vodafone Red 4G-ready customer will get double the data allowance of their regular 3G Red plans, and the choice of either Spotify Premium or Sky Sports Mobile TV access for up to two years. Customers who already have a 4G-ready phone and want a SIM-only deal can get access to 4G from just £26 each month. Vodafone Red 4G-ready is also available on 24 month plans, with a 4G-ready handset included, from £34 a month.
